political climate: I assume you mean the Lunars on the move, more trolls raiding, Chaos attacking Flintnail, the White Bull doing who knows what, and of course the unbearable toenail freezing cold? What's hard about that? isn't everyone looking for a strong true Khan to lead them in times like this?

(I will probably use more augments than what I write here as I don't have my sheet on my job pc)
First, I'm going to the Joraz Kyrem temple and ask them for their support. Using Joraz kyrem tradition, worship joraz, blessed by ancestors, Pavis Leaders' support for this, Will I Am's presence, The Pavis survivors relationship (Ithas resh?) and my Issaries follower's skill to achieve their support. I plan to use that backing for the percentage of the zebra tribe that worships Joraz. I will hit up my Burning Arrows clan first - gosh, i've been away from them for at least 2 years! I should have a basic relationship to my clan, and using all the previous skills and the faithful lancers support, to try and gain the burning arrows clan support. Then its onto the big kohunas of the Zebra tribe. This time hoping i can add whatever support my clan gave me as yet another augment to all the previous skills. Whatever methods one uses to contact tribal leaders, I will use to set up a meeting to request their support. by the way, I will also be piggy backing faithful lancers recruiting with this :D

So in gameplay - Oshun issues a "call of the Faithful" to assemble all the Faithful Lancers. We ride to the Joraz Kyrem temple and request their support ( I meet with Mom and check on how she's doing). Then, we ride to the Burning Arrows clan to ask for support. I know the current Khan is now a quasi Lunar sympathizer due to his latest wife (wench!) I traditionally bring gifts to the khan when I visit (figure out later, probably using wealth) I convince him and the tribe this quest is good for Pavis and rids evil darkness which will make our city and thus us, safer. Then we ride for council with the Zebra tribe leaders. At this point I show them I mean business and boldy announce I have the true blood of the Khan Joraz and I do this for all the Zebra tribe. (unless of course everyone already knows im of the bloodline) yes, I know, there maybe some haters there who see me as a threat. But im destined to be khan, the ancestors said so. Deal with it.
